Experienced.
Each coach has a minimum of seven years of full-time Youth or Kids Ministry experience. Most of them have ten to fifteen plus!
Diverse.
We have served in small churches with under 30 students to large churches with student ministries over 400. We’ve ministered in rural, urban and suburban settings..
Relevant.
We are still in the game, serving on the front lines. We are either actively serving as pastors or we are currently involved as volunteers in a local youth or kids ministry.

Ashton Peters
Coach
Ashton Peters is the Student Pastor at Praise Assembly of God in Springfield, MO. He has 15 years of youth ministry experience, and is passionate about helping youth develop their God given gifts. Because he is also very passionate about empowering leaders in ministry, Ashton hosts “The Organized Youth Pastor” Podcast and has spent ten years directing a leadership college.
Eran Holt
Founder
Eran Holt has served and led in youth ministry for over 25 years. He and his wife Julie founded Lead the Generation in 2016 after serving for 15 years as the Student Ministries Pastor at GT Church in Reading, PA. Eran’s passion for creative and relevant preaching, his expertise in leadership development and his commitment to excellence distinguish him as a leader and communicator. He speaks at various retreats, camps, and conferences with a passion to inspire students in their faith.
Carrie Brooks
Director of Coaching
Carrie Brooks is the Youth Pastor at Connection Church in Pottstown, PA. She has been involved in youth ministry for over 15 years, in both the local church and as the Professor of Youth Studies at University of Valley Forge. Carrie has been part of Lead the Generation since the very beginning, and is passionate about training leaders/pastors to help students encounter Jesus and learn to follow Him.
